He is a University Rank holder in Bachelors as well as in his Masters in English Literature and is a certified trainer. He has fifteen years of teaching experience and has the rare privilege of teaching English Literature to M.A as well as M.Phil students at his alma mater – Bishop Heber College, Trichy.

His chief interest lies in researching newer and effective strategies to develop employability skills. As a result, he has presented several papers in national and international conferences. Of which, his papers on “Presentation Strategies” and “Extensive Reading” made him very popular among teaching fraternity of ELTAI (English Language Teachers’ Association of India).

He won the Best Trainer award for achieving best results on “English Communication Skills” among INCs nationwide of ICFAI University in 2006. He also has experience of teaching abroad on syllabus prescribed by the University of Cambridge. He has conducted numerous Student Empowerment Workshops in more than 100 colleges and engaged the students on Placement Preparatory processes across our state.

He is also certified by The Princeton Review to train students on courses like GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS & TOEFL and is part of the elite team which trains the new faculty members to conduct training programs.

He holds a B.E in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and has done his Post Graduation in Power Electronics. He holds seven years of training experience and is one of the most sought after trainers for Quantitative Aptitude in our state.

He possesses a unique distinction of authoring two books, viz., “Beacon – The Essentials of Quantitative & Verbal Aptitude” & “Beacon – II: TANCET – MBA” exclusively on shortcut methods and score-getting strategies.

His keen interest and drive to innovate quicker and easier techniques to solve quantitative aptitude problems earned him an opportunity to teach IAS and IPS aspirants at one of the most popular IAS training institutes, Chennai.

He has been well known for his training prowess right from his college days and later on, developed it a very strong passion. It is more due to his passion for training; he chose his profession as Quantitative Aptitude trainer despite being selected for a lucrative job in one of the most popular Public Sector Enterprises.

He has conducted several enrichment programs on TANCET and CSAT – (Civil Services Aptitude Test). He worked as Aptitude Trainer at SRM University for four years and held various key responsibilities like Quantitative Division – Head, Academic Coordinator and Content Manager.

He excels in predicting the appropriate question types more accurately for different competitive exams ranging from Placement Tests of IT majors to the toughest exams like CSAT and has stamped his expertise in the latest two editions of CSAT.
